Main Event 1-
Lina and Doon pick jobs but neither one is
happy with the one they got. They trade and
Doon becomes pipeworks laborer and Lina
becomes a messenger.
Main Event 2-
Lina starts her job as messenger and loves it!
In addition, she runs all over the town exploring
all the nooks and crannies. Also, Lina gets to
meet many new people.
Main Event 3-
Doon starts his job as pipeswork laborer and is excited
to learn about what lies beneath Ember, also he found 3 new
species of bugs in the tunnels. Doon isn't too happy that the
generator is in such a bad state.
Main Event 4-
The word went out that a shop owner had colored pencils
and they hadn't been seen for years. Lina found out and went
to the shop with Poppy and admired the colored pencils
wondering if she could buy all of them but they were $5.00
each so she was trying to figure out which to buy. When she
finally got two she went to get Poppy but she was gone then
just to make everything worse the lights went out for one of the
longest times. Luckily Doon found Poppy and Lina found her.
Main Event 5-
Linas grandmother was bothered by something she lost and
couldn't find but Lina found a box that happened to have a paper
that had the word instructions on it. Lina thought she had something
really important but then Poppy put it in her mouth and half the words
were lost. Also Lina saw Lizzie with groceries that hadn't been seen in
a while like pineapples. When Lina asked questons Lizzie just said her
boyfriend Looper got them from the back of shelves in the storerooms.
Main Event 6-
Using some of the words on the instructions paper Doon and Lina found
out, they followed a complicated route to a locked door. After a while of
waiting to see if the door would open or a key would appear, Doon checked
the door again and the key was in the hole so Doon looked inside a was
astonished at what he saw so he told Lina and she saw the mayor in a
room with everything that was need to save Ember but the mayor wasn't
sharing anything.
Main Event 7-
Poppy and Lina's grandmother was becoming very ill until one day she
passed away. Their grandmother was forgetting things and could barely
get out of bed. The girls then to live with Mrs. Murdo at her house. Lina
loved her and Poppy's bedroom because it was blue and green just like
the colored pencils she got.
Main Event 8-
Using the instuctions paper, Doon and Lina find a dark room in the rushing
and rapid river. In the dark room there was matches, candles, and boat. They
both think that they use the boat to travel on the river and the matches to rap
around the candle so it can last longer. In addition, the one room led to
another will plenty more boats to carey the rest if the citizens out of Ember.
Also both Lina and Doon are accused of spreading vicious rumors about the
mayor because they told about the room.
Main Event 9-
Lina and Doon are wanted for spreading rumors about the mayor, and Lina was
going to deliver a message about the boat to Clary when she was caught by the
guards. When she was losing all hope of getting out, the lights went out and Lina ran.
Because of the mayors size and the chair he was sitting in was tight, he couldn't get out
of it, leaving more time for Lina to escape.

Doon, Lina, and Poppy left in the boat with a rocky and ruff start. But the ride smoothed over
after a while. They reached land and found a path and a book. They went down the path for hours
and almost three candles burned out but they kept going. They eventually came to a door that
behind it was a land far and light with a great smell.
